David J. Mathews, President

David Mathews began his career in the automotive industry in 1975. He has held positions from F&I Manager for the second-oldest full-line Chrysler dealership in the country to General Manager and co-owner of another Chrysler franchise. Mr. Mathews obtained a B.S. degree in Marketing from Pittsburgh State University in Kansas.  Since Dave joined United Car Care in 1996 he has since dedicated his efforts to developing and building our business.


Bernie Radochonski II, CPA
Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

Bernie joined United Car Care in 2000, when he assumed oversight of all financial and accounting operations of the company. Prior to joining United Car Care, he provided accounting, management advisory, assurance, and tax services.  He has a BS degree in Accounting & Finance from Colorado State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Colorado.

John Vecchioni, Director of F&I Development / Director of Sales and Marketing
 
John has previous experience as a partner in Madison Financial, an insurance and investment firm, as well as an extensive background in retail car sales with Enterprise Leasing Company and Enterprise Car Sales, where he held positions as F&I Manager and General Sales Manager before being named General Manager.  John has authored sales training procedures for national companies, has been published in national periodicals, and has been involved in opening retail auto lots around the country. John obtained a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas, El Paso and joined United Car Care, Inc. in 2005.

  
 


Jeff Hagberg, Director of Operations

Jeff joined United Car Care in 2004 after having spent over 25 years in Operations in the Automotive Aftermarket with Echlin Inc., the Dana Corporation, and Standard Motor Products. Positions held include VP Operations, VP Distribution Services, VP Customer and Systems Support, and several positions in the Information Technologies field. Jeff holds a BS degree in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Arizona.

  



Randy Maxwell, Director of Claims Administration


 Randy brings over 30 years of automotive experience to United Car Care, Inc. He has held dealership positions in fixed operations including Service Advisor, Warranty Administration, Service Manager and Service and Parts Director. Randy began his career with UCC in 2004. His responsibilities include visiting each of our dealerships in order to share his expertise.
